It’s a working landfill where loads are weighed and buried rather than recycled, so expect a sizeable, industrial setting rather than a tidy drop-off center.
There’s a weigh scale and a small scale/entrance booth where vehicles stop to be weighed; tipping fees are charged by weight, and commercial trucks are accepted. After the scale, traffic flows toward the active tipping areas and large compacted mounds of material; heavy equipment moves around, so watch for loaders and graders. The surface can get rough or muddy in bad weather and the lanes are wide to handle big trucks, so take it slow when driving through. Plan on stopping twice if bringing a truck or trailer - once to weigh in and again to weigh out.
