Drive in past the yard and you’ll see a small entrance booth and a vehicle scale-most people stop at the booth, then pull forward to the scale and into the unloading area. The building and concrete bays look industrial and a bit gritty; big compacting trucks drop off and move material out on semis. Recycling cages or bins are usually near the right side after the entrance area, and winter brings snow piles, icy ramps, and sometimes different flow patterns for vehicles.
