A modest facility with an entrance booth and a drive-in area for dropping loads; trucks pull up to the booth and then proceed to the tipping area. The site looks industrial - concrete pads, compacting equipment, and larger transfer trailers parked for loading. Traffic can stack up on weekends or during spring cleanup, so there may be a short wait before getting to the tip floor.
