Tukwila International Blvd Station is the local waste drop-off spot on Southcenter Blvd used by residents and small haulers from Tukwila and nearby neighborhoods. It’s the kind of place people roll up to with a pickup or trailer when they’ve got a load to get rid of.
There’s an entrance booth and pull-up lanes where vehicles stop briefly before being directed to the tip areas. Large concrete bunkers and roll-off containers are visible from the lanes, and recycling and yard material areas are usually off to the side-Washington requires separating yard waste and recyclables, so have those piles sorted. Weekends, especially spring cleanup weekends, tend to be busier and can back up the driveway.
