(804) 333-0227Richmond County Solid Waste/Recycling Convenience Center on Recycling Rd in Warsaw is the county recycling site most residents use when clearing out bottles, cans and cardboard. It’s a modest, working place-used by people dropping off routine recyclables and the occasional bulky item.
Pull up to a small entrance booth and be ready to stop and tell them what’s in the load; many county centers have a scale nearby and some charge for certain items.
