Livingston Landfill is the county landfill out on Massey Road in Spotsylvania Courthouse, where everything from household bags to larger truck loads end up. Folks from the neighborhood and commercial haulers both show up here for big cleanouts and construction debris. It’s the kind of place people go when curbside won’t cut it.
Drive past a small entrance area and you'll go over a scale - landfills like this charge tipping fees by weight, so expect to stop again on the way out. There’s a booth near the entrance where paperwork is handled and a lane to pull up for unloading; the site is large, with dirt roads, heavy equipment and piles of compacted material. Commercial trucks are commonly seen, so be ready to share space with big rigs and follow traffic flow while on site.
