(435) 657-0696DCD Transfer & Recycle Center is the local recycling drop-off out on West Airport Road in Heber City, used by residents hauling household recyclables and small loads from surrounding properties. People bring everything from boxes and scrap metal to old electronics and yard trimmings, depending on what the center accepts. It’s the kind of place neighbors swing by when doing a cleanup or swapping out appliances.
The site is a medium-sized transfer and recycling lot with an entrance booth and a weigh scale near the driveway; expect to drive up to the booth first. Recycling bays and collection containers sit to the right past the entrance, while larger drop-off areas and roll-off containers are spread across the main yard. The ground is mostly gravel or compacted dirt, so dusty in dry weather-loads that shed material can be messy. Weekends and spring cleanup periods tend to get busy, so lines at the scale and slow movement through the lanes are common.
