Smallish county landfill on County Road 3870 that most locals use for household cleanouts and contractors hauling loads. People bring anything from pickup-bed loads to roll-offs and commercial trucks show up regularly; it’s the final stop for trash in this part of Newton County.

There’s a weigh scale near the entrance so vehicles stop once coming in and again when leaving - tipping fees are set by weight and by load type, so different loads will be priced differently. Pull up to the entrance booth to check in, then follow the drive to the active tipping area where trucks back up and dump. The site looks like a working landfill: cover soil, piles of compacted material, and machinery moving around. Weekends and spring cleanup periods tend to be busier, so lines and some waiting are common.
