A small county collection station just off Union Springs Road that locals use to drop off household and small-load trash. Mostly used by Corrigan residents and neighborhood haulers for errands that don’t need a dumpster truck.
The site feels compact - think a few open bays, roll-off containers and a modest traffic flow rather than a big municipal complex. Pull up slowly into the entrance lane and follow the arrows or painted lines to the different drop-off points; there’s usually a single entry and exit path so traffic can bottleneck on busy days. The ground is often gravel or worn pavement and you’ll see piles or containers grouped by material type rather than a lot of landscaping or signage. Weekends, especially during cleanup season, tend to be the busiest times and lines can form at the gate.
