(214) 670-6126Northeast (Fair Oaks) Transfer Station is a transfer station in northeast Dallas used by residents and small haulers who don't want to drive out to a distant landfill. It’s the kind of industrial lot where local folks drop off household cleanouts, yard waste, and construction debris to be compacted and trucked elsewhere.
Drive up to an entrance booth and be prepared to stop for a scale - many transfer stations charge by weight, so a second stop on the way out is common. The site feels industrial: large roll-off containers, compactors, and commercial trucks moving in and out. Pull straight up to the tipping area when directed, unload where instructed, then move to the exit scale if required. Weekends and spring cleanup times tend to be noticeably busier, with lines forming onto the street at peak times.
