(254) 299-2612City of Waco Solid Waste Services is the municipal drop-off and disposal site for household trash, yard debris and common recyclables in Waco. Local residents and small haulers use this site when curbside pickup isn’t enough or during neighborhood cleanups. It’s the kind of place people swing by with a trailer or pickup to unload and move on.
Drive up Schroeder Drive to a gated entrance where vehicles slow down to check in and often cross a scale before and after unloading. The site is open-air with concrete pads, roll-off containers and piles of yard material visible from the lane; recycling bins are typically grouped to one side and larger trash areas on the other. Vehicles line up on busy days-weekends and spring cleanup bring the longest waits-so expect to wait if it’s a Saturday. Bring a tarp and tie-downs if hauling loose material, and have everything separated a bit so unloading goes faster.
