(979) 922-5958A local drop-off spot in Brenham for curbside-type recyclables and larger items that don't fit in the blue bin. Neighbors and small businesses bring cardboard, cans, bottles and other common recyclables here. The place is practical and no-frills-a working site, not a showroom.
Drive up to a paved lot where you'll see rows of large bins and containers for different materials; lanes are set up so vehicles can pull up to each container. There’s usually a small entrance office or booth to check in at, and signs or labels on the bins to indicate what goes where. Loads that are mixed or bulky may need a little sorting before unloading, and weekends and seasonal cleanups tend to be the busiest times. The site feels industrial-heavy equipment and trucks come and go, so pay attention while maneuvering around the yard.
