Rock Springs Midland Convenience Center is the small county drop-off in Christiana where neighbors bring household trash, recyclables and yard debris. Mostly used by local residents hauling a truckload or a few bags, it looks and feels like a practical, no-frills spot rather than a big transfer station.
The site is a modest paved lot with several large roll-off containers and a short drive-in entrance off Midland Road. Expect to pull up, sort materials at the curbside into the different containers, and then drive back out; some lanes are wide enough for trailers but tight for larger trucks. Signs on site usually point out which bin is for which material, and traffic can stack up on weekends or during spring cleanup. The overall setup is straightforward-bring something to secure loose loads and plan for a bit of waiting if several vehicles are there.
