(864) 888-1440A county solid waste complex in Seneca where local homeowners and small-scale haulers drop off household trash, recyclables and yard debris. It’s the kind of place locals use when a curbside pickup won’t do or during big cleanups, and it sits off Wells Highway with a clear driveway into the site.
Drive in and pull up to an entrance booth or gate area - there’s usually someone checking vehicles or directing traffic. The site is spread out with piles, bins and concrete pads for different materials, and the recycling bins tend to be off to one side. Expect to queue during weekend mornings and seasonal cleanups; larger trucks and trailers will be moving around so watch for traffic inside the site. A scale is common at county sites, so vehicles sometimes stop twice, once in and once out.
