It’s the neighborhood convenience center setup many coastal counties run for residential use.
The site is compact with a few roll-off containers and recycling bins rather than a big landfill layout. Drive up, pull alongside the container you need, unload, and move on-many people back a truck up to a bin to toss things out. Some centers have an entrance booth; others are unstaffed, so be ready to handle unloading chores yourself. Weekends and storm-prep periods tend to be the busiest times, so there can be lines.
