(843) 538-5863A small convenience center on Augusta Highway used by Walterboro residents to drop off household trash, recyclables and yard debris. Mostly serves cars and small trailers from the surrounding neighborhoods and rural routes.
Pull off the highway into a modest paved lot with a small attendant booth near the entrance; sometimes the booth is staffed, sometimes not. There are a handful of large roll-off containers and covered bins clustered in the middle of the site, with recyclables typically grouped to one side and yard waste in another. Traffic can back up on weekend mornings and during spring cleanups, so expect a short line at those times. The layout is easy to navigate with clear pull-up spots for unloading and room to turn a pickup or small trailer around.
