The place looks like a working site rather than a park - drive in prepared to do a quick drop-off and move on.
Look for a driveway that leads to an entrance booth and a scale - plan on stopping at both before and after dropping off material. There are open tipping areas and piles of compacted material, so expect dusty gravel surfaces and equipment noise. Recycling bins are often grouped to one side of the entrance; pull over before the main drop-off if recycling is the goal. Weekends and spring clean-up times usually mean longer lines and some waiting to get to the tipping area.
