Drive in and follow the single entrance lane toward the scalehouse; loads are weighed and tipping fees are charged by weight. Pull up to the booth to report your load, then follow the traffic to the active tipping area-expect dirt roads, big earth piles and machinery moving around. Commercial trucks and trailers are common alongside pickup loads, so watch the flow and give large rigs plenty of room. There’s usually a stop on the way out to re-weigh before leaving.
