Lancaster Landfill on Cloverleaf Road is the large Waste Management landfill that handles final burial of municipal and commercial loads for the area. Locals, contractors, and haulers use it - expect the kind of scale where trucks and roll-offs are moving steadily and the tipping area sits well above the incoming road.

Drive past a security/entrance booth and cross a scale before getting directed where to pull up; tipping fees are charged by weight at facilities like this, so trucks usually stop twice. The working face and heavy equipment are visible from the approach, with covered cells and large berms shaping the site. There’s usually a separate spot for drop-off versus commercial roll-off trucks, and the exit scale is used again on the way out.
