Drive in to a gravel lot with a little booth near the entrance and pull up to speak with the attendant or show ID. There are typically big containers and piles off to the sides for different kinds of drop-offs, so be prepared to back up or drive around to the right spot. You'll likely go over a scale and be asked to stop again on the way out if charges are by weight. The recycling bins are usually set off to one side, and the whole site has that working-yard look-dump trucks, roll-offs, and compacted material piles.
