Finley Buttes Regional Landfill is the big county landfill out on Bombing Range Road near Boardman, where locals and haulers bring trash to be buried. It’s the kind of place used by homeowners doing big cleanups and by commercial trucks moving loads; regional landfills like this generally charge tipping fees by weight and commonly accept commercial loads.
Drive in past an entrance booth and a scale - most people stop on the inbound scale and again on the way out since fees are weight-based. The site is mostly wide dirt roads, large graded pads and visible mounds where material gets buried; heavy trucks and roll-off containers are common. Pull up to check in at the booth, then follow traffic flow to the active dumping area and back to the outbound scale. Lines get longer on weekends and during spring cleanup season, so expect delays at busy times.
