Drive up to a small entrance area with an attendant booth and a scale for larger vehicles; trucks get weighed before or after dropping loads. The site is a low, industrial yard with big roll-off containers, a compactor pad and an area where commercial trailers line up to be filled. Weekends and spring-cleaning times often have a line of pickups and trailers waiting to get in.
