There’s a scale and an entrance booth to stop at; fees are handled based on weight or by a residential minimum at most county landfills, so expect to be weighed coming in or out. Pull up to the booth, then follow the access road to the active tipping area or transfer pad where trucks and pickups unload. The site is large and mostly bare earth with compacted cells and cover soil; bigger vehicles and trailers are common sights, and lineups happen on busy weekends or during spring cleanups.
