Drive up to a modest paved lot with a small entrance booth and several large containers out in the open. Recycle bins and yard-waste containers are usually grouped together to the right of the booth, with general trash dumpsters a bit further in. Pull up slowly and be ready to unload from the passenger side if the container is against the curb; lanes can get tight when a few trucks are backed up. Weekends, especially in spring, tend to be busier and there can be a short line to get in.
