There’s usually a scale or weigh station somewhere near the entrance, and the recycling drop-off bins are grouped together a short drive from the booth. The lot is open and industrial-looking: concrete bays, metal containers, and directional signs that point to the different material piles. Weekends, particularly during seasonal cleanups, get noticeably busy so lines can form.
