Cape May County MUA Secure Landfill in Woodbine is the county landfill where residents and commercial haulers bring trash to be buried. It sits off Kearney Avenue at Route 610 and handles fairly large loads rather than just small curbside bags.
You'll cross a scale and be charged by weight, so expect to stop again on the way out. A small entrance booth and gate mark the driveway; pull up there before heading into the tipping area. The site is mostly exposed cells, haul roads and compacted surfaces - not much shade and wide open views. Weekends, and especially spring-cleanup days, can get backed up when both household vehicles and commercial trucks are working through the line.
