(855) 523-1345Small transfer station in Incline Village used mostly by locals dropping off household junk and yard debris. It’s the spot where loads get compacted and sent off to a landfill elsewhere, handy if the nearest landfill is a long drive.
Drive up to an entrance booth and be ready to stop briefly; there’s typically a scale so vehicles get weighed. The site feels industrial - concrete bays, a compacting area and piles of materials behind fencing - with room to pull up, back a trailer in, and unload. Recycling or drop-off bins are usually grouped to one side past the booth, while larger trucks come and go from the main apron. Weekends and spring cleanup bring lines, so expect some waiting when the weather’s nice.
