(702) 735-5151Southern Nevada Recycling Center is the recycling drop-off spot in North Las Vegas at 360 W Cheyenne Ave. Neighbors and small haulers swing by to unload cardboard, paper, metals, glass and many common recyclables. Located in the Las Vegas metro area, it sees steady traffic compared with rural sites out on the desert.
Drive in to a lot with clear lanes and an entrance booth near the front; there’s usually an area with large open-top containers and roll-off bins. It’s common to see a scale and a small office building by the entrance, so plan for a short stop to sort and stage materials before getting to a bin. The recycling piles and bins are organized by material-cardboard stacks, metal piles, glass and plastic areas-and weekend or spring-cleanup traffic can slow things down. The site looks industrial: concrete pads, heavy equipment moving loads, and signs marking where different materials go.
