Pull up to an entrance booth and you’ll see a scale - tipping is generally handled by weight, so most people stop on the way in and again on the way out. The site is large and mostly bare ground with active cells, cover material piles, and the occasional compactor working. Winter weather can make the access road icy and slow, so plan for slick conditions and slower traffic.
