(601) 638-6245Vicksburg Warren County Landfill sits out on Hwy 80 at 130 Pit Road and handles trash from local homeowners and hauling trucks. It’s a working landfill - big earthen mounds, heavy equipment moving around, and the kind of place where loads end up buried.
There’s a small entrance/scale area where trucks stop to get weighed; tipping fees are usually charged by weight and commercial loads typically have different rates. Pull up to the booth/scale first, then follow the signs or attendants to the active dumping area and back down the scale on the way out. The site is mostly gravel and dirt, so expect dust in dry weather and mud after rain, and plan for large trucks and loaders working nearby.
