A small transfer station on the south side of Corinth for residents who don’t want to drive out to a regional landfill. Locals bring household trash, yard debris, and small loads that get compacted and hauled off to a larger site. It’s the kind of place used more by folks from town and nearby rural routes than by big commercial haulers.
Pull into a gravel driveway and stop at an entrance booth or gate area before being directed where to go. There’s usually a scale somewhere near the entrance, so expect to cross it coming in and again when leaving if charges are by weight. The site is open and industrial-looking - big open bays, piles of material, and semi trucks or roll-off trailers coming and going. Pull up to a drop-off pad or pit to unload; then leave through the exit where outgoing trucks head out to the highway.
