(320) 252-6487Rapid Container Service & Henkemeyer Demolition Landfill is the municipal landfill serving Sauk Rapids and surrounding areas. Neighbors and contractors drop off everything from household cleanouts to construction debris here, since landfills are the final stop where trash gets buried.
Drive up to a staffed entrance booth and be prepared to stop at a scale - fees are typically charged by weight so there’s a second stop on the way out. The site is large and open, with heavy equipment and compacted cells visible from the access road; pull into the lane the attendant points out and follow their directions for where to tip. Recycling or drop-off bins are often located near the entrance on the right, while larger demolition loads are directed deeper into the site. During busy times there can be a line, so allow extra time and expect slower movement when trucks are ahead.
