(651) 457-3680A neighborhood disposal site just off Barge Channel Road in Saint Paul, mostly used by residents hauling household junk and yard material. Locals drop by with carloads or small trailers; it looks like a working industrial lot rather than a tidy retail place.
Drive up to an entrance booth and be prepared to stop; there's usually a scale that traffic passes over, so expect to pause twice if they weigh in and out. The yard is open with piles and containers spread out-pull up slowly and follow the traffic flow the other cars set. In colder months some things may be moved under cover, so there’s less outdoor dumping when it’s freezing. Weekends, and especially spring cleanup days, can have a line that snakes back toward the road.
