Neighbors, landscapers and haulers use it for bulky cleanouts and regular commercial loads. It’s a working site with heavy equipment and big piles of cover dirt, not a drop-off recycling center.
Approach the entrance and there’s typically a scale and an attendant booth where trucks check in before proceeding; tipping fees are charged by weight so most vehicles stop on the outbound scale again. The site is wide open with lanes for trucks and separate pull-offs for smaller pickups; expect to see loaders, compactors and staged cover material. Weekend and spring cleanup traffic often creates backups, and cold Minnesota winters can change how things move around the site.
