Waste Facility

Venice Park RDF

9536 Lennon Rd., Lennon, MI 48449

800-963-4776

Venice Park RDF is the small community disposal site on Lennon Road that most locals use for household cleanouts and yard debris. Folks from town and nearby drives bring pickups and small trailers here. It’s a plain, working site-not a polished transfer station, just the place to drop off everyday rubbish.

There’s an entrance with a booth where vehicles stop to check in and sort out payment, so plan on a short hold-up before getting to the drop-off area. Pull into the lane and follow the flow of traffic; larger trucks need extra room and the aisles can feel tight. The yard is mostly open lots with piles and roll-off containers, so it gets dusty in dry weather and sloppy after rain. Backing into a spot can take a minute if hauling a trailer, so leave space and take it slow.

Before You Go

  • Cover loose loads with a tarp and tie-downs - loose material tends to blow out on the drive in.
  • Bring proof of residency or vehicle registration; many community sites ask for some form of ID at the booth.
  • Try to avoid weekend mornings and peak spring cleanup days if possible - lines and wait times get noticeably longer.
