It’s the practical place locals use when sorting cardboard, glass, cans, plastics and the usual bulky stuff.
Drive in and pull up to a small entrance booth and keep an eye for the lanes; there’s a scale you cross on the way in and again on the way out, so plan for a short stop. The recycling bins sit off to one side, while larger drop-off bays and a few open piles are in the back-everything looks gritty and functional rather than polished. On busy Saturdays there’s often a line of trucks and trailers waiting, so allow extra time; weekday visits are noticeably quicker. Signage tells which materials must be separated and there are usually spots for common items and a few special program containers for things like electronics or bulky metal.
