(866) 909-4458Waste Management - Livonia Landfill is the large county landfill off Moore Lane in Torbert that handles the area's bigger trash loads. Contractors, local haulers and homeowners with more than a pickup's worth of junk are the kinds of people who use it.
There’s a scale and an entrance booth, and the site charges by weight so expect to stop for a weigh-in and likely again on the way out. Pull up to the booth and then follow the lane toward the tipping area; large trucks and trailers move around, so take it slow. The facility is a big, open area with long dirt roads and visible piles where material gets buried, and it can be dusty when it’s dry. Tipping fees are structured around weight and often have different rates for commercial accounts; state agencies set rules so fees and accepted materials do vary by location.
