Drive in on 1710 S Rd and pull up to the scalehouse; there’s typically a scale to weigh trucks so tipping fees are charged by weight. A small booth or office near the entrance handles check-in and payment, and then vehicles are directed out to the active trenches or working face. The site is large and open, with gravel drives, piles of compacted material, and heavy equipment moving loads around; watch for loaders and water trucks as traffic can be slow and dusty.
