The site is big and open - long drive in, a small entrance booth and a pull-through area for trucks and trailers. Most landfills of this type have a scale and charge by weight, so plan for a stop on the way out as well as the way in. Expect unpaved surfaces and loose gravel around the drop zones; larger loads are handled at the active dumping face while smaller items can be offloaded closer to the entrance area. Weekends and spring cleanup times tend to be the busiest, with vehicles lining up onto the access road.
