(765) 866-0372T & S Trash Service & Transfer Station is a local transfer station in Waynetown where household and local haulers drop off loads to be compacted and shipped to a landfill elsewhere. Farmers, renters clearing out garages, and small haulers use it when they don’t want to drive to a distant landfill. The site sits on S 1000 W just off the main road, easy to find if someone gives directions by the address.
There’s a small entrance area with a booth and a drive lane-pull up to the booth first and be prepared to wait your turn. Vehicles are guided toward the tipping area or bays where larger trucks and compactors handle the loads; it’s noisy with big equipment and the smell of trash is noticeable on windy days. Expect to stop at a scale or checkpoint on the way in or out at many transfer stations, and plan for some maneuvering space if towing a trailer. Weekends and spring cleanup weekends often have lines, so queues can form at the entrance.
