(706) 298-9858Troup County Convenience Center is a small residential drop-off spot in LaGrange for household rubbish, recyclables and yard debris. Locals, especially folks doing weekend cleanups or small renovation jobs, use it as a quick way to unload material without driving to a bigger transfer station.
The site sits on Hogansville Road with a single entrance lane leading toward a small booth and a row of large roll-off containers. Pull up close to the containers for unloading; some bays are labeled and others are self-serve. It looks more like a county lot than a fancy facility-gravel or asphalt drives, open air containers, and room to back a pickup or small trailer up. Weekends and spring cleanup days get busy, so there can be a line to get in or to find an open container.
