Neighbors, landscapers and small contractors use this site when trash, construction debris or large cleanups need to be buried rather than recycled or mulched.
Expect a wide, open site with a staffed entrance booth and a drive-over scale - loads are typically weighed so there’s a stop at the scale on the way in and again leaving. Pull up to the booth for directions, then follow signage to the unloading area; the landfill face and working cells are obvious from the drive with heavy equipment moving material. There are usually separate spots for yard/green waste at Florida facilities like this, and during hurricane season the place gets busier with debris piles and longer lines.
