(970) 498-5760A working county landfill on the south side of Fort Collins, used by residents clearing out garages, landscapers hauling yard waste, and haulers dropping off commercial loads. It's the place stuff ends up buried, and people come here when curbside pickup or transfer stations won't take a load.
Drive in and follow the lane toward the scale-landfills of this size charge tipping fees by weight so expect to be weighed in and weighed out. There will be an entrance booth and traffic flow for different vehicle types; larger trucks and trailers usually have a separate pull-through pattern from cars and small pickups. The site is mostly paved lanes, dirt pads and large piles of compacted material; plan on stopping to get directions at the booth and then pulling up to the appropriate unloading area.
