There’s a gate/scale setup where vehicles get weighed and tipping fees are charged by weight, with different rates for different types of loads. Pull up to the entrance booth, tell them what you’ve got, then follow signs to the unloading area - trucks and smaller vehicles are mixed in the same traffic flow. The site is mostly landfill face, compactors and cover material, with recycling drop-offs usually grouped off to the side. Lines form on weekends and during seasonal cleanups, so wait times can stretch.
