The site is large, with visible piles and compacted areas; trucks and roll-offs move around, so take care pulling through. Tipping fees are charged by weight and usually have different rates for residential versus commercial loads, and there are often minimum charges. Because California requires separation of recyclables and organics in many situations, some materials may need to be separated before getting on site.
