There’s an entrance booth and a drive-up route that guides vehicles toward the tipping area; expect to stop at the booth before proceeding. A scale is typically crossed coming in or going out, so loads are handled by weight. Recycling and organics are treated separately in California, so expect separate bins or piles and some sorting at the site. The site looks like most rural transfer stations-gravel or paved roads, piles of material, and large roll-off areas where people unload.
