(925) 516-6090Brentwood Solid Waste Oprtns is the local solid waste facility for Brentwood, handling household trash, recycling and yard debris that residents typically bring. Neighbors, landscapers and small haulers use this spot when cleaning out garages or doing yard work. It's a working site on Elkins Way, not a showroom - expect practical, no-frills surroundings.
Drive in to a guarded entrance booth and follow signs to the drop-off lanes; there’s usually a scale and you may need to stop there both entering and leaving since many facilities charge by weight. Recycling and green-waste areas are often off to one side, with larger tipping areas for mixed loads beyond that. The site is paved in places and rougher in others, with roll-off bins and compactors visible from the drive lanes. Weekends and spring cleanup times get busy, so lanes can back up and parking for trailers fills fast.
