Read more →Los Reales Landfill is the big county landfill on S Craycroft that takes the final buried loads for Tucson and surrounding areas. Locals, contractors, and haulers use it when transfer stations and smaller sites aren't an option. It's a large open site with the regular scale-house setup and commercial traffic alongside residential cars.

The site looks like large earthen cells and spread-out tipping areas under the desert sun, with heavy trucks coming and going.
